Anxiety can have a significant impact on adults as they navigate the day-to-day challenges of being a parent, employee, a spouse, and/or friend.
We can support by bring awareness of the signs of anxiety in youth and provide support and resources to help them manage symptoms. We can support by encouraging open communication, fostering a supportive environment, and promoting healthy coping mechanisms to help youth navigate anxiety and thrive in their daily lives.
